👋 Hi, I’m Lilian! A wife, a pet mom, and a Senior Product Manager based in Brazil.
My management journey began in 2008 when I worked as a creative resource manager at a publicist agency. Over the years, I evolved through roles at some of Brazil's largest agencies, including Isobar Brasil, Publicis Groupe, and JWT Brazil. During this time, I honed my skills in leadership, strategy, resilience, organization, and risk management.
Since 2015, I have been focused on digital products across various industries, such as healthcare, media, food, finance, and manufacturing.
I am an expert in digital development, agile methodologies, business strategy, data analysis, and leadership. I excel in clear communication, whether working with development teams or engaging with executive boards.
